LORDESSKIN & MIND

Coming Back to Yourself

There is a story behind LORDESSKIN that goes far beyond skincare.

For many years, my work has been about skin helping women care for themselves, feel beautiful in their skin, and create little moments of ritual and connection in their day.

But as I’ve grown, so has my understanding of what women really need.

Because sometimes, the skin isn’t the thing asking for attention.

Sometimes, it’s also the woman underneath it.

And that’s where LORDESSKIN and MIND have begun to emerge.

My own journey

I’m a mother. I’m a wife. I’m a business owner.

I’ve spent years building a family, creating a home, growing a business, and trying to be present for all the people I love.

I’ve experienced the beautiful, exhausting, messy, and incredibly rewarding moments of womanhood.

I’ve raised children who are now teenagers, and I’ve watched them grow into their own people.

I’ve shared 20 years of marriage with my husband.

We’ve built a home, built a family, and worked incredibly hard to create a life that we are grateful for.

And yet, somewhere through all of those years, I also had to learn something important:

I am not only a mum.
I am not only a wife.
I am not only a business owner.
I am also me.

That realisation has been incredibly important to me.

Because I love being a mum.

I love my family deeply.

But I also love being myself.

I love quiet time.

I love learning.

I love creating.

I love my work.

I love having dreams and ideas that belong to me.

And I have come to understand that there doesn’t need to be a conflict between those things.

We can love our families wholeheartedly and still make room for ourselves.

We can be devoted mothers and still have an identity outside motherhood.

We can care for everyone around us and learn to care for ourselves too.

This is where LORDESSKIN began to mean something more

When I created LORDESSKIN, I wanted skincare to be more than products.

I wanted it to be a ritual.

A pause.

A moment where a woman could stop for a few minutes and remember herself.

And the more I worked with women, the more I realised how connected our outer wellbeing is to our inner world.

A woman can have beautiful skin and still feel exhausted.

She can look after everyone else and still feel disconnected from herself.

She can be successful and still question whether she is enough.

She can have a wonderful family and still wonder:

“Where am I in all of this?”

That question has stayed with me.

And it has become one of the reasons I've been creating "THE LORDESSMIND LIFE MENU"

The life menu I’m developing has grown from many of these conversations and experiences.

It isn’t about having the perfect answer to motherhood or womanhood.

It’s about creating a resource that says:

“You’re not alone.”

It’s about the emotional side of womanhood.

The mental load.

Identity.

Boundaries.

Relationships.

Self-worth.

Growth.

Finding yourself again.

And learning that looking after yourself isn’t selfish.

I’ve found myself reflecting on my own life too.

The woman I was.

The woman I became.

And the woman I’m still becoming.

I think that’s one of the beautiful things about getting older.

You begin to understand that you don’t have to have yourself completely figured out.

You are allowed to evolve.

LORDESSMIND

And so LORDESSMIND feels like a natural next step.

Not a separate business from LORDESSKIN.

An extension of the same philosophy.

LORDESSKIN is about caring for your skin.
LORDESSMIND is about caring for the woman within.

Through coaching and NLP, I want to create a space where women can slow down and explore what is really going on beneath the surface.

"NOW LET'S FIGURE OUT AND ORDER WHAT YOU WANT!
"LIFE MENU" Coming soon!

What do you want?

What is holding you back?

What patterns keep repeating?

Where have you been putting yourself last?

What would it look like to create stronger boundaries?

Who are you now?

  10. The Loving Nudge
Sometimes you don't need someone to fix anything. You just need someone to sit beside you, listen, and gently help you move forward.
Don't know what you need?
That's okay. Let's get chatting. Together we'll work out what your mind, body, and life are asking for.

And perhaps the biggest question of all:

What do you want the next chapter of your life to look like?

I don’t believe women need fixing

I don’t see coaching as fixing someone.

I don’t believe women are broken.

I believe we sometimes become disconnected from ourselves.

Life gets busy.

Motherhood happens.

Relationships change.

Children grow.

Careers evolve.

Our bodies change.

Our priorities change.

And sometimes we wake up and realise that the person we were five or ten years ago isn’t quite who we are anymore.

That doesn’t mean something has gone wrong.

It might simply mean you’re ready for something new.

Lordess Mind can provide a space to explore that.

To be heard.

To reflect.

To understand your patterns.

To identify what matters to you.

And to begin making intentional changes.

From beauty to devotion

This is really what LORDESSKIN has always represented to me.

Beauty as devotion.

Not devotion to looking perfect.

Devotion to yourself.

To your wellbeing.

To the woman you are becoming.

And now that philosophy is expanding.

From the ritual of applying your skincare in the morning…

To the ritual of asking yourself how you are actually feeling.

From caring for your skin…

To caring for your mind.

From looking in the mirror…

To looking a little deeper.

So, what comes next?

I’m excited to begin sharing more about LORDESS MIND and the coaching work I am developing alongside LORDESSKIN.

I’ll be talking more about motherhood, identity, relationships, boundaries, confidence, self-worth, personal growth, and the many changes we move through as women.

And I’ll be sharing more of my own story too.

Because I don’t want to stand in front of women pretending that I have everything worked out.

I’m walking this journey too.

I’m a woman, a mother, a wife, a business owner, and someone who is continually learning, growing, and finding new parts of herself.

And perhaps that’s the most important thing I can offer.

Not perfection.

Perspective.

Not all the answers.

A space to ask better questions.

And not a promise that life will suddenly become perfect.

But an invitation to come back to yourself.

Because you can love your family deeply…

And still love yourself.

You can care for everyone else…

And still care for you.

You can be grateful for the life you’ve created…

And still want something more.

You don’t have to lose yourself to love your life.

Sometimes, you simply need to give yourself permission to come back to yourself.

With love,

Rebecca
